Joan Ellen McMurrer, peacefully on Sunday April 22, 2018. The loving wife for 53 years of the late Robert McMurrer and daughter of the late Warren and Elvyra Vallandingham. Beloved mother to Sue (Danny) Blandford, Robert (Janet) McMurrer, Steve (Mary) McMurrer, the late Rebecca (Kirk) Samuelson, the late Beth McMurrer, and Tom (Michele) McMurrer. Grandmother to 15 cherished grandchildren, great-grandmother to 8 adorable great-grandchildren. Survived also by one brother, James Pickard Vallandingham of Florida and numerous nieces and nephews.
