Betty Jane Jones

On February 14, 2020, Betty Jane, beloved Mother, Grandmother, sister and friend passed away in her hometown of Brandywine, MD. She was born on January 8, 1953 in Prince Frederick and it was there that she graduated from Calvert High School in 1981. Betty later moved to Prince George’s County where she worked with children as a Teacher’s Aide at Baden Elementary School. Those close to her knew she was a big fan of Betty Boop and Elvis. She enjoyed her crossword puzzles and watching her “Soaps.” Betty took great pleasure in music & dancing. She had a taste for Coors Light and cared very much so for her birds! Her memory is left to be cherished by her children, Joan Marie Bell, Melissa Jones, Michael Jones and Paul (Brittany) Walker, grandchildren, Andrew Bell, Amber Bell, Tyler Jones and Tony Felton, Jr., sisters Darlene Rogers, Barbara-Ann Jones, Janice Jones & Mary Follin and brothers John Jones, Jr, and Charles Mister.
