Daisy Lee Martin

Daisy Martin, 75, of Ft. Washington, MD passed away on Thursday, May 24, 2018. Born in North Carolina to Vera (West) and David Edwards. She moved to New York and in 1980, she settled down in Maryland. She is survived by her loving son, DeShon (Tisha) Martin; beloved grandkids, Aisa Butler, Kayland Martin, and Camron “C.J.” Martin; caring siblings, James West and Esther Edwards; and too many nieces and nephews to name. Daisy loved eating steak, quilting, attending her church which she was a member with for over 15 years. She also loved her son’s dog, whom she affectionately called “Doggy-Dog”. Finally, she absolutely loved her grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her husband, Hearlon Martin (January 2018); Parents; and two sisters, Martha Edwards and Georgetta Atkins.
