Dennis Wayne Loeffler

Dennis Wayne Loeffler, 68, of Forestville, MD, passed away on November 9, 2018. Beloved son of Frances Ann Loeffler and the late Harry Carl Loeffler. Loving father of Lisa Renee Leupen (Thomas) of Sykesville, MD and grandfather to Austin Thomas and Jake Riley Leupen. Also surviving Mr. Loeffler are his sister, Genelle Lynn Rawlins of Annandale, VA and brothers Joseph Rhea Loeffler (Lisa Gail) of Waldorf, MD, Kris Karl Loeffler of Forestville, MD and Mark Kevin Loeffler (Kimberly Ann) of Hughesville, MD. Dennis grew up in Forestville and attended Suitland High School. He worked as a tradesman in the carpet industry. Dennis enjoyed a simple life, he enjoyed family gatherings, he was a past member of The Knights of Columbus, he enjoyed crab feasts, bull roasts and turkey shoots. He was an avid supporter of the lottery and had many celebrations of hitting his lucky numbers. The family will hold a private service at a separate location.
