Doris Louise Hayes Witherspoon

Doris Louise Hayes Witherspoon, age 66, passed away January 30, 2021 at Montgomery General Hospital, after a long battle with many health issues. Doris was born in Washington D.C. on June 28, 1954 at Sibley Hospital. She was predeceased by her parents Ward and Nell Hayes. Doris grew up in Camp Springs, Maryland and graduated in 1972 from Crossland High School. Doris is survived by her husband, Mike; two sons, Buddy and Eddie Witherspoon, and a daughter, JoAnne (Wesley) Pike along with four grandchildren. She came from a large family and is survived by her sisters, Jeanie (Sonny), Reba (Leslie), Nancy (John), Becky (Ron), Vicky (Jerry) and brothers, Jerry and Ralph (Sarah) Hayes, along with numerous nieces and nephews. Due to COVID restrictions, the funeral service will be limited to family members only.
