Elsie Caddington

Elsie Marion Caddington, passed away peacefully on November 17, 2018 in Whitehall, Pennsylvania. Preceded in death by her husband, Lawrence Caddington. She is survived by her sister, Bessie Long, of Harrison, Arkansas; her daughter, Shirley Anne Raab of Walnutport, Pennsylvania; grandchildren Beth Hansen, Christopher Raab, and Scott Raab; and seven great grandchildren. Elsie lived the first 90 of her 103 years in Washington, DC and Boulevard Heights, MD and was beloved by all who knew her.
