On Monday, January 4, 2021 Mr. George Wallace Jackson, Jr., a loving and devoted husband to Barbara Jackson; beloved father of Valerie E. Jackson, Terrye L. Jackson, Kellye S. Jackson (Mbaye Mar), and Sophia Bowman-Bond (Nelson Bond). Also survived by one brother, Jeffrey Lydell Jackson. Preceded in death by his parents, George Wallace Jackson, Sr. and Isola Gertrude Jackson and 2 brothers; Albert Lee Jackson and Rev. Dr. James Thomas Jackson. Celebration of his life will be on January 14, 2021 from 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM where the family will receive friends at Lee Funeral Homes located at 6633 Old Alexandria Ferry Road, Clinton, MD 301-868-0090. Second viewing will be at Crocker Funeral Home on Saturday, January 16, 2021 in Suffolk, Virginia. Interment with Military Honors on Saturday at Carver Memorial Cemetery.
