John George Allen, age 91, of Charleston, West Virginia, formerly of Forestville, Maryland, passed away Saturday, September 28, 2019. Preceded in death by parents, John J. and Dorothy H. Allen, he is survived by his son, John Joseph Allen, Jr. and wife, Anna Marie, and two grandsons, Seth David McVey and Ian Patrick Allen. A private interment will be held at Cedar Hill Cemetery in Suitland, Maryland at noon on Thursday, October 3, 2019 with Dr. Ray Kirkland officiating.
