Lori J. Phifer

Lori J. Phifer, 59, of Owings, MD, formerly of Lehighton, PA, passed away surrounded by her loving family on Thursday, April 8, 2021. Born in Palmerton, PA, she was a daughter of Dawson H. Beers and the late Beryl B. [Haydt] Beers. She was the beloved wife of Kenneth N. Phifer. They celebrated their 39th wedding anniversary on December 19, 2020. Lori enjoyed reading, traveling and watching Hallmark movies, but most of all she cherished and enjoyed her family and the moments when we could be together. Along with her husband and father, she is survived by a daughter, Amanda L., two sons, Alex B. (Savannah), Adam N. (Robin), three grandsons, Wesley, Hudson and Rob and her sweet fur babies, “Sable”, “Sparky”, “Penelope” and “B.K.”. She is also survived by a sister, Cheryl Sensinger (Keith), two brothers, Jeff Beers (Lisa) and Eric Beers, and several nieces and nephews. Services will be held on Thursday, April 15 in Zion United Church of Christ, Lehighton, PA, with calling hours from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm, with Memorial Service at 1:00 pm.
