Nancy Elizabeth Carter

Nancy Elizabeth Carter of Owings, MD, was born on January 14, 1939 and passed away on November 4, 2019. Nancy is survived by her husband Fred C. Carter, her four children, Kathleen Tondee (Donald), Michael Gibbs, Patricia Smith (Edward) and Andrew Gibbs (Brenda) and five stepchildren, David Carter, Darrold Carter, Debbie Carter, Denise Carter and Darwin Carter, 17 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren. Nancy was preceded in death by her parents, Lester R. and Christina M. (Haack) Olsen and her three siblings, Robert (Bud), Betty and Bernice (Bernie).
