Raymond Bernard Stubbs, 83, of Owings, MD passed away on May 24, 2020 in Clinton, MD. Born on July 3, 1936 in Hyattsville, MD he was the loving son of the late Harry and Mary Stubbs. Raymond was the beloved husband of Mildred S. Stubbs, his cherished children; Patricia Rye (Michael), Rosalind Snyder, Karen Turner, Harry Stubbs (Tarschela), treasured brother; George “Sonny” Stubbs (Iris) and loved by special grands and countless nieces, nephews relatives and friends.
