Suzanne "Sue" Mary Raino

Suzanne “Sue” Mary Raino, 82, of Dunkirk, MD passed away on Friday, February 27, 2021 at her home with her family by her side. Born on July 13, 1938 in Michigan, she was the daughter of the late William and Elizabeth Clark. Sue was the loving wife of Dominic B. Raino; beloved mother of Bryan William Raino and devoted grandmother of Chase and Luke Raino. Sue graduated from Michigan State University with a Bachelor’s Degree. While in college she was active in theater activities. After graduating Sue worked in Public Relations for National Veterans in Chicago, IL. Upon moving to Calvert County, MD, Sue was involved with Christmas in April Auctions, a member of Jesus the Good Shepherd Catholic Church, School Guild Treasurer and was also active in her community with Shores of Calvert. She was employed as a Grain Elevator Office Manager for Southern Maryland Agriculture Cooperative. Sue enjoyed knitting and especially spending time with her family. The family will receive friends at Lee Funeral Home Calvert 8200 Jennifer Lane, Owings, MD 20736 on Thursday, March 4, 2021 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at Jesus the Good Shepherd Catholic Church 1601 West Mount Harmony Road, Owings, MD 20736 on Friday, March 5, 2021 at 11:00 AM. Interment will follow at the Church Cemetery. NEW GUIDELINES FOR ATTENDING VISITATION / SERVICES. - 50 to 75 people max at any given time in Funeral Home. - Limit visitation to 15 minutes in visitation room to allow for others to express their condolences. - Funeral Services in Chapel limited to 70 people with four (4) people per pew. - Masks and six foot social distancing still applies.
