Thomas R. "Dickie" Lee Jr.

Thomas R." Dickie" Lee Jr. died peacefully in his home on December 25, 2019 in Lothian, Maryland at the age of 67. Dickie was born on April 1, 1952 in Washington DC to Thomas and Agnes Lee. He was raised in Forestville, Maryland where he and his siblings had a colorful childhood raising ponies and other wildlife. He has always been a fan of motorsports. As an adolescent he loved riding dirt bikes and then went on to race his Camaro “Mean Green” at the track. He was a sheet metal worker for the Architect of the Capitol until an injury occurred. In his older years he enjoyed watching NASCAR, spending time with his family and the friends he made along the way. Dickie is survived by his brother Donald of Tampa, his children; Heather Coulson of New Bern, Thomas the fourth of North Beach, Lindsay Lee of Hollywood, Anthony Lee of Chesapeake Beach, six beautiful grandchildren; Brianna, Maya, Isabella, Gabriella, Sophia, Thomas the fifth, Ex-wife Belina Lee of Chesapeake Beach who he thought of fondly. He is preceded in death by his parents Thomas and Agnes, brothers Dennis and Daniel, and eldest daughter Melissa Lee. The family will receive friends on Monday, December 30, 2019 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM where a Funeral Service will be held at 11:00 AM at Lee Funeral Home Calvert, 8200 Jennifer Lane, Owings, MD 20736.
