Valerie Proctor

Valerie Proctor moved on to be with the Lord on March 11, 2019. Valerie was the beloved wife of the late husband Billy Procotr. She is survived six siblings, Jean, Shirley, Linda, Joyce, Donna, Ronnie, her daughter Gail Proctor, and several nieces and nephews. She is predeceased by her parents Raymond and Gertrude Butler and one brother Bobby. She was a loving joyful and caring person whose laugh would stop you in your tracks, she will truly be missed but she loved all of us and will always be in our hearts. She will always be remembered for the love she had for her family and for how she always treated everyone like family.
