On December 2, 2018, Victoria Juanita Manns-Cherry, 40, of Upper Marlboro passed away at home. Loving wife of James Edward Cherry, Jr., devoted mother to Victor, Zachary and Jared Manns and beloved sister of Tawhana Hawkins and Brandon Manns.
