Walter Walthall

Walter “Reds” Walthall, age 83 of Clinton, MD. Passed away peacefully on Saturday, July 31, 2021. Walter was born on August 9, 1936 in Suitland, MD. to Burton O. Walthall and Bessie Walthall. He graduated from Suitland HS in 1954 and spent time in the U.S. Army. He later went to work for PEPCO where he worked until his retirement. Walter was preceded in death by his 2 parents as well as 2 brothers: Edward Walthall and Billy Walthall and his sister, Jean Daniel. Walter is survived by his sister Betty King and brother Charles Walthall. Walter is also survived by his son, Steve Walthall, daughter-in-law, Margaret Walthall, his daughter, Darlene Wahler, and son-in-law, Bill Wahler. Walter is survived by 4 grandchildren: Kristen, Troy, Billy, and Jeremy as well as 2 great grandchildren: Jayden and Kaylee, and 2 nieces and 1 nephew.
