William "Dinky" Irvin James Sr.

William "Dinky" Irvin James, Sr., age 45 of Bladensburg, MD 20710 passed away on January 21, 2021. Born on August 24, 1975 to Jessie Marie (Cooper) Collins and the late Gerald R. James Born in Washington, DC but moved to Maryland at the age of 9. Completed education and some college. Worked until having to retire at the early age of 35. As a hobby he enjoyed watching sports. His favorite teams being Washington Football Team and the LA Lakers Basketball team. He is survived by two lovely children: Anaya James and Wm James, Jr., mother, Jessie Collins (stepfather Charlie); grandmother, Mabel Smith; and a host of aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. It addition to his father, he is preceded in death by his sister, Rita Mabin and stepfather, Arnold Freeman.
