William "Billy" Mason

On November 5, 2019 William C. Mason (aka “Billy”), the second child of the late James and Mathilda Mason transitioned to his heavenly home. He was born on December 12, 1951 in Freedman's Hospital, Washington, D,C. He is survived by his loving Sister Tammy Mason, Niece Tracy Mason, Grandniece Alexis Patterson, and a host of aunts, uncle, cousins and friends. He was preceded by death of his beloved parents James & Mathilda Mason, and his loving Brother Jamie Mason. He was joined in Holy Matrimony to the late Jackie Jackson(†). Billy received his education from the Prince George’s County Public Schools. In his retirement as an entrepreneur, Billy had a passion for restoring/detailing vehicles, landscaping, playing billiards, discussing politics and sports. He was a die hard fan of New York Yankees, Washington Nationals, Washington Redskins and Washington Wizards. Billy will be truly and heartfelt missed. He was a man that said what he meant and meant what he said. We will always love & miss you Billy from family and friends!
