William F. Pennoyer

William F. Pennoyer, 93, of Upper Marlboro, MD, passed on Tuesday, September 4, 2018 in Annapolis, MD. He was born in Washington, DC, the son of the late William A. and Adelaide (Bitter) Pennoyer. He was the beloved husband of the late Dorothy E. (Waer) Pennoyer, who passed on February 15, 2018. They had been married for 68 years. William was a veteran of the United States Army. He worked for the Department of the Interior, retiring in 1972. After his retirement he started his own construction company building homes in southern Maryland. He enjoyed woodworking, hunting, and spending time with his family, especially his grandchildren. He is survived by a daughter Patricia Gibbs, a son William A.
