Agnes Beaton On Monday, December 24, 2001, Agnes Beaton, of Upper Marlboro, MD died. She was the beloved wife of Robert Beaton; loving mother of Dr. Robert Beaton,II and his wife Jeanne (Blacksburg,VA); caring grandmother of Robert Beaton,III and Megan Beaton. She is also survived by her dear sister , Louise Mangan (Dunmore, PA)and youngest brother, Paul McGowen (Germantown,TN). Mrs. Beaton was the founder of the prestigious National Association of Woman Highway Safety Leaders, a national traffic safety organization.
