The beloved wife of the late Owen Briggs; mother of Evelyn Camper, John Owen Briggs, the late Delores Hayes and the late Elaine Briggs. She is also survived by one son-in-law, Carl Hayes; two sisters, Vivian Vermillion and Zona Rollins; several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-greatgrandchildren.
