Annabell Lee Coluzzi, beloved wife, mother, grandmother, and friend, passed away peacefully after a long and full life on the evening of October 21, 2025. Born in Flemington, West Virginia, she was the daughter of Iris and Julian and the third of four children — sister to Wanda, Charles, and Virginia.
Annabell’s early years were shaped by her determined spirit and creative nature. After graduating high school, she began her career in Washington, D.C., working in administration for the Veterans Administration. Alongside her professional life, she nurtured a lifelong love of music and the arts, performing as a vocalist and touring with groups that entertained Army and Navy personnel across the country.
She later met her husband, Nazzerino, and together they shared 65 years of marriage built on devotion and love. They shared an appreciation for the outdoors — Ann tending to her garden while the two of them spent peaceful evenings on the porch, enjoying the beauty of nature and their home, a warm and welcoming gathering place for family and friends.
A devoted mother, Annabell raised two children, Lisa and Christopher, who were her greatest joy. She was a proud grandmother to Aurora, Alyssa, and Katherine, and a loving great-grandmother to Riley. Family was always at the heart of her world — she cherished every moment spent gathered around the table together.
Having grown up during the Great Depression and World War II, Annabell embodied resilience and spirit. She was vibrant, opinionated, and endlessly curious — a woman who valued learning, creativity, and connection. She loved art, literature, theater, and the simple pleasures of life, approaching each day with sincerity and heart.
Annabell will be remembered for her humor, compassion, and the love she poured into everyone around her. Her legacy lives on in the beauty she found in everyday life and in the values she passed down — to live with kindness, stand for what you believe in, and always find joy in being alive.
