Anne Teresa Dobricky Carter (Age 88)Died suddenly on July 16, 2004 at Sibley Memorial Hospital. She was a wonderful homemaker and lifelong native Washingtonian and the beloved wife of the late Philip J. Carter; loving mother of Kathleen M. (Fudge) Carter of Forestville,MD and Patricia A.(Patsy)Hall(Severn)of Berlin,MD. Also survived by a host of caring relatives,neighbors and friends. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Mount Calvary Catholic Church.
