Barbara Ann Proctor

Barbara Ann Proctor of Prince Georges County, Maryland passed away on January 13, 2024.  Born in Washington, DC, she was the daughter of the late Charles and Elizabeth Theodora Joy.

Barbara was a member of the Piscataway Conoy Tribe of Maryland and a devout member of Most Holy Rosary Catholic
Church. Barbara was a skilled seamstress and found joy in crocheting.

She is survived by her three children David Matthew Proctor (Phyllis), Tina Marie Proctor (Barry), John
Quincy Boyer Jr (Melissa), her sister Linda Proctor, sister-in-law. Frances (aka Peggy) Joy, along with nieces, a nephew,
grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Barbara was preceded in death by her brother Joseph (aka Butch) Joy.
