Bernice Allegra Carr

Bernice A. Carr 1927-2013 Bernice Allegra Dent Carr, 86, of Washington, DC passed on November 30, 2013. She was a devoted wife and a loving mother and was preceded in death by her husband William P. Carr and a daughter Allegra Jamella Carr James. Survivors include two daughters, Karen Ann Carr and Monta Yvette Carr Cooper, three grandchildren, six great grandchildren, and a host of family and friends.
