Betty Rich

Mrs. Betty Elaine Rich departed this life on Sunday, December 14, 2025, at Luminis Health in Maryland. She was born on November 27, 1949, in Washington, D.C. She was the daughter of the late Sally Betty Finley and Archibald Finley.
She grew up in DC, where she attended school and graduated.
She went on to work for the Department of Justice until she retired.
She is survived by her sisters Vera D, and Christine McCoy and preceded in death by her son Troy Richardson, and her sisters Frances M. Biddy, Edith Pickens, and Sylvia Finley.
She was loved by her family and will be sincerely missed. She leaves her son Archibald Finley, a daughter-in-law Stephanie Finley, and her grandchildren Frederick Miremont, Maximiano Williams, Andrew Finley, Austin Finley, Allister Finley, a great granddaughter Aria, and many nieces and nephews.
