Beulah Harley

Beulah C. Harley answered God’s call home on Thursday, May 30, 2019. Beulah was born on May 6, 1917 to the late James Alton and Elizabeth Grace Proctor, the eldest of eight children. Beulah was raised and educated in Prince George’s County where she lived her entire life. Beulah enjoyed and lived a long, quiet and peaceful life; living it to the fullest. If anyone needed help or assistance, she was there to provide support. Beulah leaves her brother William “Pete” Proctor (Janie), a host of nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews, and great-great nieces and nephews, friends and relatives to cherish her memory.
