Brian Allen Ward, Sr.

Brian was born on December 8, 1970 to Kenneth and Chalice Ward. He grew up in Owings, MD with his brother, Kenneth Ward, Jr. and his sister, Kathy (Ward) Wilkerson. He loved to play outdoors with his neighborhood friends and made wonderful memories that he spoke of often, cherished, and carried with him fondly.

Growing up by the Chesapeake Bay, Brian loved fishing, crabbing, crab feasts and sometimes just sitting by the water.  Brian enjoyed vacations in Ocean City, MD where he shared great times with family and friends.

Brian was a free spirit and never met a stranger.  He had a welcoming smile, an infectious laugh, and a kind heart.  He loved unconditionally, was free of judgement, and those around him felt this.

Today, all his life’s struggles and pain are no more.  His spirit is now truly free, at peace with God, and he is reunited with his mother and father and friends and family that went before him.

Brian is survived by his brother Kenneth D. Ward, Jr.; his sister Kathy (Ward) Wilkerson; his children, Brian Ward, Jr., Sharon Ward, and Trent Ward; as well as his niece, Kristen (Greg) Brunclik; nephew, Glenn (Makayla) Wilkerson; niece, Sarah Wilkerson; and nephew Ryan Wilkerson.
