Bruce “Bobby” Gregg, a devoted husband, father, brother, and friend, passed away on May 5, 2025, at the age of 73. He was born on July 14, 1951, in Washington, DC, and he lived a full life full of hard work, laughter, and love.
Bobby proudly served his country in the United States Army in the Vietnam War. After returning home, he dedicated over 40 years to the concrete industry, before retiring in 2014. Known for his remarkable ability to fix just about anything he could take apart, Bobby had a natural talent for mechanics and a deep passion for working on cars.
He was equally known for his infectious sense of humor and his love for dancing - two things he shared generously with everyone around him. In 2022 he lit up the stage when he won the Father’s Day competition at a restaurant in Myrtle Beach, a moment that perfectly captured his fun loving spirit.
Bobby was preceded in death by his parents, Bruce and Betty Gregg, and his brother Ronnie. He is survived by his beloved wife of 49 years, Sandy, his son Bill, his brother Danny (Donna), his sisters Sue (Claude) and Valerie (Clarence), and many cherished nieces and nephews
