Charles A. James1941 - 2014 Charles A. James, 73, of Forestville, MD on Saturday April 19, 2014 at his residence. Born in Milburn, WV he was a son of the late Earl and Lula Mae (Wallace) James. He was a a Viet-Nam veteran having served in both the United States Army and the United States Air Force. Prior to retriring he worked as a manager at C P Telephone. He is survived by three sisters; Jacqueline Campbell, Jan Barrow (William), and Delorise Anderson along with a host of nieces and nephews. He will be buried at Arlington National Cemetery at a date TBA.
