Charles John McKeown On Friday, January 3, 2003. Beloved husband of Evelyn Caroline McKeown; loving father of Barbara A. Phipps of Morningside, MD, Charles Donald McKeown of Woodbridge, VA and Wayne L. McKeown of Upper Marlboro, MD; grandfather of Jessica Phipps, Stephanie Phipps, Scott McKeown, David McKeown, Susan McKeown and Kevin McKeown; great grandfather of Joseph McKeown. Also survived by one brother, William Leigh McKeown. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the Oxon Hill Lutheran Church.
