Cleo Pickens Hedgepeth of Silver Spring, MD., age 91 died at Sunrise Senior Living in White Oak, MD on February 21, 2023. She is survived by her children Dawn Hedgepeth Carter, LeRoy Joseph Hedgepeth IV; four grandchildren; and three great- grandchildren.
