Damon John Mogavero

It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Damon John Mogavero, beloved son of John and Catherine Mogavero, who departed from this world on June 21, 2025, at the age of 53. Born in Maryland, Damon lived a life marked by kindness, compassion, and a deep connection to his family and friends.
Damon was a cherished brother to Jason and a devoted uncle to Dylan, Ryan, Eireann, and Kyran. He is survived by a loving extended family, including aunts, uncles, and many cousins, who will forever hold his memory close. As we reflect on Damon’s life, we are reminded of his gentle nature and the countless moments that brought joy to those around him. He had an innate ability to connect with others, offering support and kindness to everyone he encountered. In his quiet way, Damon made a difference in the lives of many, and his presence will be deeply missed. As we say our farewells, let us remember Damon not just for the struggles he faced, but for the light he brought into our lives.
