She is survived by her son, Justin Clower of Santa Rosa, CA; her mother, Inas Clower, of Owings, MD; sister, Donna Evans of Burke, VA; brother Mike Clower of Waldord, MD, and brother Scott Clower of Santa Rosa, CA. A memorial service will be held on Friday, April 27, at 11 a.m. at Smithville United Methodist Church, 3005 Ferry Landing Rd, Dunkirk, MD 20754.
