Diane Christine Arter

Diane Christine Arter, beloved wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother, passed away on January 9th, 2026 at the age of 66.

Leaving behind a legacy of love, patience, and quiet strength. She was the devoted wife of the late James Franklin Arter, cherished daughter of Robert Dolby and Shirley Yoho. Diane is survived by her 4 siblings, daughters and sons, Devoney, Charles, Leanne, Chris, Laura, and Paul.

The family will receive friends at Lee Funeral Home Calvert, 8200 Jennifer Lane, Owing, MD 20736 on January 23, 2026 from 10:00 am - 12 pm where a Funeral Service will be held at 12:00 pm in the Funeral Home Chapel. Interment will follow at Chesapeake Highlands Memorial Gardens Cemetery, 3270 Broomes Island Road, Port Republic, MD 20676.
