The beloved husband of Delores for 49 years; loving father of Tracy Willett and Scott Birckhead; father-in-law of Kirk Chin Quee and Laura Madden; devoted grandfather of Shannon Willett. Also survived by two sisters, Betty Tucker and Maxine Adkins and a host of other relatives and friends. Preceded in death by his brother Roland Birckhead. A memorial gathering will be held at Lee Funeral Home, Inc. Branch Ave. and Coventry Way on Monday, August 26 from 11 a.m. until time of memorial service at 12:30 p.m. Interment private.
