Dorothy "Dot" Marie Skinner-Potts of Fort Washington, Maryland departed this life on Thursday, September 20, 2018. She is survived by one son, Darrick Skinner; one sister, Rosie Blackston (Robert) of El Paso, Texas; two brothers, Lionell and Frank (Cynthia) Skinner of Ferriday, Louisiana; five grandchildren, Darshear, Terrell, Erin, Howard and Elijah; a host of nieces, great nieces, nephews, great nephews, cousins and many friends.
