Eva A Antonio

On Mar 19, 2024 Eva Arnette Antonio passed from this life and went home to her eternal reward with the Lord.

Eva was born on December 6, 1935 in Washington, DC to Callie and Arthur Spring. She married the love of her life, Tony Antonio, at Our Lady Queen of Peace Roman Catholic Church in Washington, DC on November 27, 1954. Eva worked for many years in the Accounting Department of Garfinckel’s Department Store in Washington, DC. After her first child was born she was a homemaker until all 3 children were in school. She worked in food services at Bishop McNamara High School and eventually retired from Mt. Calvary Catholic School where she was a teacher's aide for many years. Eva and Tony were blessed with 3 children that they raised in Forestville MD. 

Eva was predeceased by her parents, sister Ann Brannan, husband Anthony Antonio, and 2 sons, Frank, and John Antonio. She is survived by her daughter Melissa Antonio, Don Huar and granddaughters Carly Rose and Katie Rae.

The family will receive friends at Lee Funeral Home Calvert, 8200 Jennifer Lane, Owings, MD 20736 on Monday, April 1, 2024 from 10:00 am – 12:00 pm where a Memorial Service will be held at 12:00 pm in the Funeral Home Chapel. Inurnment will be private at a later date.
