On Tuesday, November 7, 2023, Frank Deforge Hugel passed away at his home in North Beach, MD. Frank is survived by his devoted wife Karen Patricia Hugel; son John Deforge Hugel; daughter Sarah Allison Hugel.; sister Dorothy Helen Irving and numerous nieces and nephews. Frank is preceded in death by his parents Thomas Clifton Hugel and Mary Fern Deforge; sisters Elonore N. Jenkins, Shirley Mae Stinebaugh, and Florence Jean Weiss; and brother Thomas Theodore Hugel, Sr.
