"JR"\nJR is survived by his parents George Allen, Sr. and Rosemary; daughter Felicia Marie Tice; grandson Jayden; sisters Pam and Peanut; brother Kenny; nephews Jimmy, Patrick, Steven, D.J., R.J. and Allen; great neice Llaila. Also survived by a host of other relatives and friends. Family and friends are invited to a memorial gathering at the Moose Lodge in Upper Marlboro on Friday, June 17 from 3 until 6 p.m.
