Beloved wife of the late William Lockard and loving mother of William Kinter Cadmus, Jr., David Thomas Cadmus, Terry Lee Cadmus, and the late Robert Charles Cadmus. She is survived by 5 grandchildren, one great-grandchild and other relatives.
