Hill; loving father of Howard Jr.,Mark and Dennis Hill and Denise Becher; brother of Joe Hill, Blanche Quade, Marie Bowles and the late Louis "Bootie" Hill, Ella May Quick and Mary Helen Bowles. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 6 great-grandchildren, other relatives and friends.Contributions may be made to the PG Hospice, 96 Harry Truman Drive., Largo, MD 20772.
