James Maurice Harley, age 66, formally of Forestville, MD transitioned peacefully on April 1, 2021. James leaves to cherish his memory, two children, James Jr. and Charitta; four grandchildren, Kalijya, Angel, Avya, and Adaylin; three sisters, Helen, Iola, and Julia; two brothers, Thomas and William; as well as a host of other family and friends.
