Mattingly (Buddy)On November 17, 2003, beloved father of Patricia (Robert) Whitaker and Kelly Mattingly; stepfather of Robin Windsor and Laurie Meeks; brother of Lois Gooch and Ilean Wynkoop. He is also survived by his grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews and his lifelong friends, the Rank family.In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society.
