Jane Ellen Penn

Jane Ellen Free was born October 4, 1948 in Washington, D.C to the late Charles Martin Free Sr. and Eva May Darmstead. She passed away at the age of 74 on January 17, 2022 in her home in Stauton, VA. Jane attended school in Washington D.C and for 35 years was employed with the Graphics Department of NASA.
