On Friday, May 5, 2017, Joanna Jones was called home to be with the Lord. She passed away peacefully at home surrounded by her loving family. Joanna affectionately known as “Annie” was born on October 21, 1927 to Ella F. Waters, and William D. Waters. Annie was educated at Saint Mary’s Catholic School and baptized at Saint Mary of the Assumption Catholic Church in Upper Marlboro Maryland and remained faithful in her Catholic beliefs.
