Beloved husband of Ruth Higgs; loving father of Betty Ann Saucier and Debbie(Will) Kaline; grandfather of Dawn Marie Donahue, Christopher and Gina DiZebba and Nicholas Raymond Saucier; great-grandfather of Katherine Ann Donahue; brother of John Robert Higgs.
