John W. Proctor, Sr.\nOn October 29, 2011 of Clinton Md. Beloved husband of the Late Margaret T. Proctor. Father of Margaret G. Proctor, John W. Proctor Jr., Thomas C. Proctor, Veronica A. Harley, Francis P. Proctor, Joseph S. Proctor and James A. Proctor. Brother of William L. Proctor, Elsie E. Harley and Susanna V. Proctor. Also survived by 21 grandchildren and 25 great-grandchildren. Friends may call at St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church, Clinton Md. on Tuesday November 8, 2011 from 10am until time of Mass at 12noon. Interment Maryland Veterans Cemetery, Cheltenham, Md.
