Joe will be remembered as a kind and gentle soul, with a brilliant mind and a creative heart. He held a deep love for his family and cherished the moments spent together. He leaves behind his loving and devoted wife, Donna Gloystein, who stood by his side through life's joys and challenges.

As a devoted father and grandfather, Joe leaves behind his children: Sarah Lowery (Mike), Emily "Kate" Beckett (Bill), Kristy Beck (Dave), Ken Martin (Jill), Ben Martin (Wendy).   Along with his adoring grandchildren Matt, Lauren, Isabelle, Ryan, Meagan, Addison, Nolan, Kylee, Hunter, Ayva, Cole, and Drew.

He held a lifelong passion for learning, seeking knowledge and growth at every opportunity.  He was a prolific reader on all subjects but was especially drawn to all things history and politics.  He loved libraries, museums, and art history. In addition, Joe had a beautiful creative side and was a tremendously talented artist.

Joe's absence leaves a void in the lives of his family who adored him. Yet, let us find solace in the memories we shared, knowing that his spirit lives on in our hearts. May he rest in eternal peace.
