Malcomb "Mikey" Carter departed this life on Sunday, January 27, 2019. He was the beloved husband of Elviria Carter. Malcomb was born in Martinsville, VA on April 9, 1949 to the late Ollie and Lillie Carter. He graduated from Albert Harris High School in 1967. Right after graduation Malcomb went straight into the Air Force. He is survived by his loving wife Elviria Carter, one sister Cherry Bannister, two step-siblings, 7 children, two step-children, and several grandchildren.
